Policy

All items are custom-made and hand-crafted. 

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent and are issued within 48 hours of inquiry. Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, and cash.

Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted. Orders may be rescheduled, and deposits may be transferred to a future order.

Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding shipping. Rush orders are available for an additional $50. Last-minute orders will be completed using available supplies. I am not responsible for shipping delays once orders are given to the carrier.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting. Designs are created based on inspiration images and may not be exact replicas. Bottles are included with your order unless you choose to provide your own. If you supply your own bottle, the included bottle will not be charged. Pricing may vary based on bottle size, quantity, and design complexity.

Minor variations in color or design may occur and are not considered defects. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos provided as evidence.
