Policy

All items are custom-made and hand-crafted. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders. Orders $100 and under must be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the total balance and are non-refundable.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent and are issued within 48 hours of inquiry. Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, and cash.

Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted. Orders may be rescheduled, and deposits may be transferred to a future order.

Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding shipping. Rush orders are available for an additional $50. Last-minute orders will be completed using available supplies. I am not responsible for shipping delays once orders are given to the carrier.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting. Designs are created based on inspiration images and may not be an exact replica. Bottles are included unless you choose to provide your own; if you supply your own bottle, you will not be charged for the included one. Pricing may vary depending on bottle size, quantity, and design complexity.

Minor variations in color or design may occur and are not considered defects. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos.
